Orders

When you place an order, you are making a purchase request for the selected products. Once your order has been confirmed, the order is subject to our applicable Shipping, Return & Refund, and Exchange Policies.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pricing & Payments

All product prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed on the website or at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping charges for international orders may be calculated according to the destination and parcel weight.

Shipping

In-stock pret items are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and preorder items may take approximately 4–6 weeks before dispatch.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, while items dispatched directly from Pakistan are shipped via RapidEx. For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Virasat follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy and No Exchange Policy, except where an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is approved following review.
