Order Processing & Dispatch

All in-stock ready-to-wear (pret) items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order and preorder items require additional processing time and may take approximately 4–6 weeks before dispatch.

UK Shipping

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail. Customers can choose their preferred standard or express shipping service at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or the contact information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally or dispatched directly from Pakistan are sent via RapidEx.

International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel (per kg) and will be displayed at checkout to provide accurate shipping rates.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such customs fees, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
