We do not offer exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item. Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart, measurements, product details, and color information before completing their purchase.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your request should include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and the issue. Our team will review the request and, if the issue is verified, determine the appropriate resolution.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
